How Long We Keep Your Data
Quotations not accepted: we keep the information needed to produce your quotation for 5 years. If the work has not been accepted within that time, your data will be deleted.
Accepted quotations and completed work: we keep records of completed work, including survey photographs, for as long as needed to support any guarantee and future work on your property. Financial records are kept for at least six years to meet accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep.
Work without a formal quotation: we keep records of work completed, such as repairs and gutter clearing, unless you ask us to delete them, subject to the accounting requirement above.
