If defects are limited, a focused repair can be the right answer. If fixings are failing across multiple slopes or the underlay and battens are broadly tired, repeated small repairs may no longer be sensible. We use survey photographs to explain that distinction, then provide a written scope for either repair or replacement.

Roof ventilation deserves attention when an Armadale covering is renewed. Moisture created inside the home needs an appropriate route out of the roof space, while the external covering must keep rain from entering.
